This First Degree Reiki Class and Certification is for anyone wanting to learn the Usui Reiki System. 

 

No prior experience is necessary in order to learn Reiki.

In this class you will learn how to confidently deliver effective Usui Reiki treatments for yourself, family, friends, clients, patients, and pets.

 

You will learn how to bring healing comfort and calm to many conditions, by applying Reiki in 12 easy to learn hand positions.

 

Your class will include:

Reiki lectures, clear and thorough Reiki demonstrations, and plenty of supervised Reiki hands-on practice time, you will learn all of the Reiki Level I techniques quickly and easily and receive your certification as a Reiki 1 Practitioner.

 

As a newly certified Reiki Practitioner, you will receive ongoing e-mail, phone and hands-on support with monthly Reiki Shares if you choose. 

Receiving ongoing support after the class is over is very important for your continuing development as a Reiki practitioner. You will have confidence and feel secure knowing that if questions were to arise in your Reiki practice, you have a knowledgeable and experienced teacher to turn to for help. E-mail and phone support are FREE of charge for as long as you need it.

 

 

In this Reiki I certification class you will learn:

 

• History of Usui Reiki 

• 12 hand positions and their relation to the corresponding anatomical/viscera/endocrine/nervous systems (simple descriptions). 

• Simple overview of how the hand positions relate to the Chakra and Meridian systems.

• Learn how to treat recent and chronic health issues, reduce stress and improve immunity and sleep, pre/post surgery treatments, and more.

• How to begin each treatment by grounding and centering yourself first, and how to end each treatment for yourself and your patient/client/family member.

• Hand positions for self treatment

• Hand positions for treating others

• How to accommodate for someone in a chair or hospital bed

• Reiki Research and how Reiki can be used in an everyday medical setting

• You will give and receive Reiki treatments with a lot of hands on time during this class

• How to give Reiki treatments to animals 

• Reiki Precepts

• You will receive 4 Reiki I attunements that will allow the Reiki to flow through you for the rest of your life. These Reiki attunements protect the Reiki practitioner from either transmitting or absorbing negative energetic patterns.
