No prior experience is necessary in order to learn Reiki.
In this class you will learn how to confidently deliver effective Usui Reiki treatments for yourself, family, friends, clients, patients, and pets.
You will learn how to bring healing comfort and calm to many conditions, by applying Reiki in 12 easy to learn hand positions.

Kits are available to the first 10 Participants with everything you will need for the class.
Cost for kits $70 (Retail value over $110, savings of $40)
If you are unable to pay for your class time or yoga kit due to hardship, scholorships are available.

Breast Friends Support Group

6:00-7:00pm (Second Wednesday of each month)
The Breast Friends Cancer Support Group connects breast cancer patients with a network of resources as well as others in the community going through the same experience.
Participants may be at any stage in their breast cancer experience from newly diagnosed to survivorship. Educational materials, local resources, speakers and various activities ensure each participant gain the support, knowledge and perspective that are crucial for survivors.

Discovering One's Interior Resources for Healing
Heartland Cancer Center, 410 E. Spruce

This group meets to discuss the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of persons with cancer, their caregivers, family and friends. The group will offer support, education, empowerment, hope and comfort to those touched by cancer.

Breast Feeding Services & Support

The Breastfeeding Clinic at St. Catherine Hospital is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. without an appointment. There is no charge for services.
We offer healthy baby weight checks, breast pump fit techniques as well as infant feeding support. Lactation consultations may take anywhere from 1-3 hours. When you attend a pump fit or a lactation consultation, please bring all necessary equipment needed. The Breastfeeding Clinic is located in Suite 206 of the Medical Building above Fry Eye Associates at St. Catherine Hospital, 310 E. Walnut.

This group is held the 2nd Monday of each month from 5-7 p.m. for mom-to-mom breastfeeding support and community resources. The meeting is located in Suite 206 of the Medical Building at St. Catherine Hospital, 310 E. Walnut.
